Registration is open!

The organising committee cordially invites the veterinary parasitology community to join us at the 1st Asia Pacific Veterinary Parasitology Congress, hosted at Le Méridien, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 6 to 7 November 2025.

Registration Fee

*The first 50 registrants will receive a complimentary ticket to the Congress Dinner on 7 November (worth USD 80) .

*By registering, participants will automatically be granted APAVP membership for two years.

Group Discount

One (1) complimentary registration will be provided for every five (5) paid registrations.

Notes for Group Registration Discount:

All participants must register collectively, and once the invoice has been issued, no further additions can be accommodated.

* Students/Technicians registration must be accompanied by proof of status

* Technicians refer to laboratory staff or paraveterinarians

Payment Mode

- To enjoy a seamless registration process, please have the following ready before you begin: We will be using Stripe as our payment gateway, please have your credit card or Alipay details ready.

Cancellation

Cancellations received in writing before 7 October 2025 will incur an admin charge of 50% of registration fee. Thereafter, no refunds will be offered. However, replacement of names is allowed without any penalty charge. Please notify the Secretariat of the replacement / cancellation.
