We encourage researchers, educators, students, and practitioners in veterinary parasitology to participate in our call for abstracts.

Abstracts must be written in English.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree with the submission.The

The abstract should not exceed 300 words, not including title, authors, and key words.

Titles are limited to 30 words in bold.

List of authors (Surname / Family name followed by the initial of the first name ("Thaweethavonsawat P.", “Beugnet F.”), separating the authors with a semicolon and underlining the presenting author, and indication the corresponding author with a *). Institution / affiliation details of the authors: laboratory / clinic, department, institution, city, country. E-mail address of the corresponding author.

The abstract must be sent in *.doc, *.docx format, A4 size, with 2 cm margins and 1.15 line spacing, Calibri 12. The text of the abstract may be as free text or subdivided into sections (Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusions). Acknowledgements or funding may be included as well. References are not mandatory; word count is not affected by inclusion of references nor acknowledgment.

Keywords: 3-5 keywords. At the end of the abstract text.

Poster Submission

Posters should be vertical, A0 size (841 x 1189 mm). Please make sure to print your poster in light paper in order to facilitate its hanging on the panels.
Acceptance Guidelines

The Scientific Committee will review all submissions and will accept or reject. For time-slots constraint, some oral communication may be rejected but proposed as a poster.

You will be notified by email if your submitted abstract has been selected for an oral communication or poster submission.

The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.
Rejection Guidelines
-
The Organising Committee reserves the right to reject and / or to edit the abstract and decide on the format of final accepted submission.

All rejected abstracts will be notified and no appeal will be allowed or entertained.
