Registration

* Please note that all registration fees are payable in Euro (€). The Thai Baht (THB) amount is provided for reference only and was accurate at the time of posting; the final amount may vary due to currency fluctuations.
* Students/Technicians registration must be accompanied by proof of status.
* Technicians refer to laboratory staff or paraveterinarians.

Payment Mode

• To enjoy a seamless registration process, please have the following ready before you begin: We will be using Stripe as our payment gateway, please have your credit card or Alipay details ready.

Cancellation
​Cancellations received in writing before 1 September 2026 will incur an admin charge of 50% of registration fee. Thereafter, no refunds will be offered. However, replacement of names is allowed without any penalty charge. Please notify the Secretariat of the replacement / cancellation.
